The custom design for the Live Well campaign was used to promote a sales event for a well-established apartment community.
This campaign ran for a community in the beautiful and prestigious Windermere neighborhood of Central Florida. The focus of the design was on the activities a prospective renter would expect in the resort-like community: chill, relax, gather.
By giving hints of luxury experiences and a tropical feel, the campaign coupled the impression of elegance with a resort-type community. This translated a high-dollar rent expectation without putting a single price in the email (which is important, because prices could change daily).
