“Anchors Aweigh” Real Estate Sales Flyer

Targeting current residents in the community, this print collateral flyer was used to promote a discounted rental rate for boat slips in the community. This cool amenity was underutilized and needed an elegant tool to call attention to the sense of adventure one gets by tying down a boat just a few steps from their apartment.
This campaign had two variations to test the efficacy of the brief messaging. The results were inconclusive with respondents bringing in statistically similar numbers for both versions.
An interesting thing I learned in this process was that “aweigh” is the proper spelling of this phrase (after I assumed it was “anchors away”).
